7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Online Courses
Fees paid for online courses are non-refundable, due to their instantly accessible & digital nature
Once course access is granted, no refund will be issued
Digital Products
No refunds for digital products once delivered
Physical Books
Replacements are considered only in case of:
Damaged product
Incorrect product delivered
All replacement requests must be emailed to smahrt46@gmail.com with proof within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including but not limited to Videos, PDFs / e-books, Printed Books, Logos, Course materials & Website content is the intellectual property of SMAHRT.
You are not allowed to Copy, Reproduce, Distribute, Resell & Publicly share any content without written permission.
